Our bodies are not indestructible, and there is only so far we can push them before they start to wear down. Despite suffering from extreme exhaustion and constant joint and muscle pains, sore back, sore legs etc like those you get when you have the flu we soldier on. “There is nothing else for it” my mum used to say.
