Willow Massage Centre - "Book Today & Win £30" Competition
1. PROMOTER
This competition is promoted by Willow Holistic Massage Centre, located at 90 Castlereagh Road, BT5 5FR, Belfast, Northern Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “the Promoter” or “Willow Massage Centre”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Willow Massage Centre, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition.
2.2 By entering this competition, entrants confirm they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of eligibility.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD
3.1 The competition opens at 00:01 on 10/10/2025 and closes at 23:59 on 24/10/2025 (hereinafter referred to as “the Competition Period”).
3.2 All bookings must be made during the Competition Period to be eligible for entry.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the Competition Period at its sole discretion.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 To enter the competition, entrants must book a massage or therapy appointment with either Maia or Blaithin during the Competition Period.
4.2 Bookings may be made online via www.willowmassage.co.uk, by telephone, or in person at Willow Massage Centre.
4.3 The appointment may be scheduled for any date within 14 days from the date of booking.
4.4 Entry into the competition is automatic upon booking confirmation. No additional action is required from the entrant.
4.5 Each booking constitutes one entry into the competition. Multiple bookings will result in multiple entries.
4.6 No purchase is necessary beyond the standard booking of a massage or therapy session at Willow Massage Centre’s regular published prices.
4.7 Entries made using automated systems, bulk entries, or entries made by third parties will be disqualified.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1 The prize is one (1) digital voucher worth £30 (thirty pounds sterling) redeemable at the winner’s choice of Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or Just Eat.
5.2 The winner must specify their preferred food delivery service upon notification of winning.
5.3 The voucher will be delivered to the winner via email within 7 working days of winner verification.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5.6 The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant food delivery service provider (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or Just Eat).
5.7 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred by the winner in addition to the prize value.
6. WINNER SELECTION
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the Competition Period closing.
6.3 The draw will be conducted by an independent person appointed by the Promoter.
6.4 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
7.1 The winner will be notified by email and telephone within 48 hours of the draw taking place.
7.2 The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days of being contacted. If the winner fails to respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7.3 The winner’s name (first name and surname initial only) will be announced on Willow Massage Centre’s social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) within 14 days of the draw.
7.4 By entering the competition, entrants agree to the announcement of the winner as described above.
7.5 If an entrant does not wish to have their name published, they must notify the Promoter at the time of booking. In such cases, the winner will be announced as “Winner wishes to remain anonymous.”
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
8.1 The Promoter will collect and process entrants’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2 Personal data collected for the purpose of this competition includes name, email address, and telephone number.
8.3 Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition, notifying the winner, and delivering the prize.
8.4 The winner’s personal data may be shared with the relevant food delivery service provider (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or Just Eat) for the purpose of prize fulfillment.
8.5 Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately provided consent for marketing communications.
8.6 Entrants have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of their personal data by contacting the Promoter atwillowmassagecentre@gmail.com.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 All intellectual property rights in the competition materials, including but not limited to promotional graphics, text, and branding, are owned by Willow Massage Centre.
9.2 Entrants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any competition materials without the express written permission of the Promoter.
10. LIABILITY
10.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors.
10.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines, or at any website.
10.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
11.4 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11.5 The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or Just Eat.
11.6 By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
