COVID-19 Policy

While it’s great to be open and able to offer our treatments again, we have had to make some adjustments due to the ongoing pandemic.

We have removed all our curtains and have new wooden flooring put in our treatment rooms, allowing us to easily disinfect between appointments. 

Our tables have new covers that will be disinfected between treatments.

Please do not book an appointment, and cancel any current appointments, if you have any symptoms – There will be no charge for this reason.

For your safety and to maintain social distancing, we request that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not turn up too early for appointments as this may mean that you will have to wait to be let in.  The therapist will not let you into the building until the cleaning procedures have been completed.  Upon arrival you will need to wear a mask, to reduce risk of exposure to any virus masks are mandatory in the hallway area.  

If possible please try and go to the bathroom before arrival as we will need to disinfect the bathroom after each person uses it.  

We have increased the frequency of cleaning including making sure that common surfaces, toilets door handles etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant products between each client.   

All tools and equipment will be disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety.  

We have carried out a risk assessment on all treatments and any treatments that involve touching the face or head will not be available until further notice.  Our hot stone massage treatments are also unavailable until further notice.

On arrival we will ask you to complete and sign a short COVID-19 questionnaire. This questionnaire will be kept for 21 days in case of any local outbreaks where tracing is required. After this time, questionnaires will be shredded and disposed of in a secure manner.treatment may not be provided. 

We understand the importance of hand hygiene and will ensure hand washing is in according with NHS recommendations before the start of your treatment. 

We will try to make your treatment as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatments please let your therapist know.  

Contactless payment available or prepayment available through our online booking system.  

All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and mine. We will continue to take advice from the Government and the NHS regarding safe practice and will amend them as necessary.  

If you experience any Covid 19 up to 14 days after your treatment we would ask that you let our centre owner Janine know asap please.
